Uniform specifications: shirts shall be 65/35 poly cotton blend. Shirts to have dress type collars, two-button through chest pockets with bar tacks at stress points with pencil stall on left side and seven no break buttons down the front. Employee name tags on the left side and company name tags on the right side affixed by thread. The employee can choose long or short sleeve or a combination. Colors will be mostly solids with some striped for foremen/supervisors. Pants shall be 65/35 poly cotton blend, flat and /or pleated fronts, elastic and non-elastic waist, button closure with heavy duty brass zipper, quarter top front and set in back pockets. Jackets shall be 65/35 poly cotton blend waist or long length lined work jackets with emblems the same as the shirts. Emblems will include that all name tags shall all be thread, color coordinated to color of the garment that it is attached to. Company name shall have Burke County on the top with the department name underneath. All emblems will be supplied and installed by the vendor at no charge to Burke county.
