A. Maintain Floors Using Hard Surface Floor Care Specifications: Refer to Hard Surface/Resilient Tile Floor Care specifications (as described in Section 24 of this Exhibit A). B. Empty and Clean Trash Receptacles and Paper Recycling Containers: Empty all trash receptacles. Replace liners. Bag trash before placing it in the dumpster. Clean interiors and exteriors of trash receptacles of trash, liquid, gum, grease, and other foreign substances. Wash and dry trash receptacles containing liquids or other substances, which may cause odors, before new liners are installed. Place removed trash into the dumpster/container located in the appropriate location. Trash cannot be placed on the ground or on top of the trash container. Break down all cardboard and place in the proper dumpster. Clean areas around the dumpster. Cardboard Boxes: Cardboard must be broken down separately and removed from all areas daily throughout the Facility. Cardboard must be kept separate from all trash and other recycling materials and put in the proper dumpster. C. Dust Furniture: Wipe all furniture clean with a treated duster or cloth, including, but not restricted to desk(s), table(s), bookcase(s), file cabinet(s), shelf(s), counter(s), and telephone(s). E. Dust Interior Surfaces: Dust all surfaces such as rails, ledges, windowsills, partitions, blinds, vents, and baseboards. Wash clean where necessary.
