The Lee County Library System seeks to execute a single-source procurement for services allowing libraries to issue virtual library cards to customers, do verification/determine eligibility of library patrons for the Lee County service area, and renewal of library cards without needing to come into one of our physical locations by The Quipu Group, LLC. The Quipu Group, LLC is currently under contract for software and services for virtual library cards, customer verification, and renewal of cards for Lee County, and would not require additional set-up and initial fees for new equipment and system integration, causing downtime, which would disrupt current customers.
