The successful bidder will be responsible for the removal and proper disposal of approximately 397 existing lighting fixtures located in the County’s parking garage. The bidder shall provide and install new LED fixtures as specified in the section below or submit County-approved equivalent fixtures. Any proposed equivalent must be accompanied by detailed specification sheets included with the proposal for County review and approval. All materials and fixture specifications must receive prior approval from the County before installation. Proposed fixtures must meet the following minimum requirements: Rated lifespan of at least 50,000 hours Manufacturer’s warranty of no less than 5 years Installed in the same location as the existing fixtures, unless an alternative placement is pre-approved by the County
