The Town seeks OPM firms with demonstrated expertise in the areas of general maintenance and repair, historic restoration, waterfront construction, municipal, public safety and recreation facilities. Interested parties should also have demonstrated experience working collaboratively with a team of interdisciplinary design firms to solve complex electrical, mechanical and structural situations as they arise. Multiple future anticipated projects' construction cost estimates are anticipated to exceed 1.5 million. A key component to this process is the evaluation of design studies and value engineering to allow us to develop accurate cost estimates and prioritize projects in the proper order. Current anticipated projects included: Complete HVAC systems replacement at the Department of Public Works estimated at $1.8 million Carlton Hall historic restoration and renovation estimated at 2.5 million West Dennis Graded School historic restoration and renovation estimated at $4.3 million Sesuit Harbor renovations and buildings estimated at $7 million Potential Community Center with estimate TBD Repurpose of the former Wixon School with scope and estimate TBD.
