The Contractor will install one high-definition (“HD”) surveillance camera at an HHSC office building in accordance with the following specifications: • Quantity: 1 camera • Camera Specifications: Indoor dome camera 1080p resolution with wide dynamic range Motion detection capability Power over Ethernet (PoE) enabled. • Mounting Location: Tile ceiling. Ceiling-mounted in a main hallway at a height of 10 feet. • Connectivity: PoE connection to the nearest network switch, located within 150 feet. Require Cat6 cable. Secure, encrypted data transmission over the existing network Infrastructure. The Contractor will re-IP an existing network that has 225 nodes for the addition of 100 new cameras in accordance with the following specifications: • Reassigning IP addresses for approximately 225 network devices; • 2 workstations; • 190 existing HD cameras; • 100 new cameras; • 3 servers; • 15 network switches and routers; • 15 UPSs; and • Network Segmentation: Do not implement more than one subnet. The Contractor will design an appropriate size subnet and re-IPing of the existing network Infrastructure to align with updated network segmentation, security protocols, and operational requirements. Installation of the 100 new cameras is outside the scope of this task.
