The work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Base Bid 1 & 2 – Funded by 2023 LTPF: Milling and resurfacing of Harrison Avenue from Frederick Street to Arnot Street including replacement of curbs, driveways, sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, curb pieces, and other incidentals. The project also consists of full streetscape improvements on Harrison Avenue (from Frederick Street Charles Street) and traffic signal improvements at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Charles Street.
