All fasteners must be stainless steel, plated steel, aluminum and / or plastic. 5.2.2 The roof must be 100% translucent. 5.2.3 The walls must be constructed of high-density polyethylene plastic with color impregnated throughout the thickness of the material. 5.2.4 All portable toilets must have a front door with a minimum of three plastic or stainless-steel door hinges. The door latch must be constructed of plastic with “OPEN” or “IN USE” indicators constructed in a way that the portable toilet can be locked and unlocked from the inside and opened from the outside. 5.2.5 Each Standard Portable Toilet must be equipped with a waste holding tank with a minimum volume of 70 gallons or greater. The seat deck must be sloped for good drainage. The tank must have a smooth finish for easy cleaning. The toilet seat must have a hinged cover. The tank must be designed with a sump such that odor control agents are concentrated at the low point and waste is kept covered and emulsified allowing for full waste treatment. 5.2.6 Each portable toilet must have a urinal with an opening that drops directly into the vent stack or directly into the waste holding tank and must be mounted at the farthest point from the seating area.
