Item 2 - SILVER WING (consisting of 12 Patient Wards, Medical Clinic with a Pharmacy, Conference Center with Offices and Meeting Rooms, Gymnasium with Offices, Exercise and Storage Rooms, Rehab Wing with Offices, Patient Cafeteria, and Work/Service, Locker Rooms, Lavatories and Storage Areas) iii. Item 3 - ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT BUILDING (all Offices, Lavatories, Meeting Room(s), and Storage Areas) iv. Item 4 - PLANT MANAGEMENT BUILDING (all Offices, Workshops Areas, Storage Room Areas, and Lavatories) v. Item 5 - NORTH WING (80 Bed Forensic Building four Wards, all Offices, all Hallways, Lavatories, and all Storage Areas), Staff and Patient Cafeterias Because of the Hospital’s unique operations, the above areas can only be serviced between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.; therefore, treatment of these areas shall be performed during this time frame. vi. Item 7 - DIETARY (consisting of two Dining Areas, two Preparation Areas, two Canteen Areas, Refrigerators, Freezers, Food Storage Areas, Offices, Lavatories and the Locker Rooms) The Contractor shall adhere to the schedule pertaining to the food service areas to ensure that the kitchen employees have ample time to put away all food and utensils, cover food preparation areas, and do whatever else is necessary prior to service and treatment. If, for any reason, the Contractor cannot be present at the scheduled time, he or she shall call CTPHC’s Contract Monitor (24) hours in advance to make arrangement for an alternate time and to allow for kitchen preparation.
