Building Permit fees are not applicable to this Project. Awarded Firm is still required to apply for Permit. Project is Tax Exempt and Davis Bacon Act Wage Scale is included. Bidder shall have a current License from the State of CT Dept. of Consumer Protection. Insurance Certificate (Town of Lebanon Certificate Holder) shall be submitted with Bid. a. General Liability: $1,000,000 per Occurrence b. Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 per Occurrence c.
