The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is seeking a contract for service to provide visitation counts and movement insights via mobile phone location/geolocation tracking for and estimated 600 custom zones around state-managed properties. Attached is a list of DNR managed locations that should be included in data sets and dashboards. Note: these locations can be provided, if requested, as Esri GIS data. Data should include, at minimum: • Visitation: Hourly, daily, monthly, multi-year trend • Movement: movement between DNR locations, within DNR locations, and travel before and after visiting DNR locations • Visitor Demographics: age, gender, income range, race/ethnicity distribution employment, education and household size and type • One-year historical data from the date of the start of the contrac All data collected and shared must be compliant with federal, state and local privacy regulations. Visitation and demographic data shall be delivered at least monthly in an online dashboard accessible for five (5) users. The agency has no current way of collecting visitor data and relies on estimates. Using a company/software that can provide visitor visit and demographic data will enable the agency to discover its audience and focus on specific marketing and branding efforts.
