The County of McLean, Illinois is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide THE COUNTY with Appraisal Services for possible land acquisition for active transportation and recreation purposes. Anticipated work includes providing appraisal reports for two abandoned/inactive railroad parcels. The County may elect to engage offerors for one, both or neither of the parcel appraisals identified as Parcel #1 and Parcel #2. Work must be performed by the Vendor in accordance with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (Yellow Book) for real estate, the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49 CFR Part 24 – Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition for Federal and Federally-Assisted Programs, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and any other relevant State and Federal laws and regulations. The intended users of this report include the County and any of its local, State and Federal-funding partners. Parties who receive a copy of this report as a consequence of the County’s disclosure policies and requirements under law are not intended users of the report.
