• Quarterly inspections. All systems are visually checked for potential problems and are physically tested to insure reliability. No parts, supplies or annual services are required during the quarterly inspections. • Annual Inspection, Annual Load Bank Testing, Fuel Sample. Change oil and oil filters, fuel filters, coolant filters, air filters, perform analysis on samples of oil and coolant, replace ignition parts (gas-gasoline units only), and test all safety shutdowns. Conduct tests to ensure reliability and satisfactory interfacing between components, including transfer pumps, generators, and transfer switches. Annual load banking will be done on each generator with the resistive load carrying each unit to between 80% and 100% for at least four (4) hours for Capitol, State History Museum, the REJ, SHB, and JHR equipment and at least two (2) hours for Governor's Mansion. Provide diesel fuel testing services (1 sample).
