A. Basic Service scope of work is to be performed as stated below and provided on scheduled monthly visits. 1. Immediately report any observed leakage or other defects. 2. Monitor involved systems and adjust as appropriate to maintain proper chemical content level to maximize safety and longevity/efficiency of equipment. 3. Maintain levels as required to comply with federal and state regulations; and in compliance with recommendations/requirements of involved equipment manufacturers. 4. Monthly visits to perform tests analyzing water conditions/content. 5. Provide an additional two (2) visits as requested by Facility Representative. 6. Add, remove, change, or modify system chemical content to maximize efficiency/safety and extend durability. 7. Provide specified report of service performed with recommendation for additional or future service work required and observation of any defects. 8. Maintain a copy by electronic data, or a contractor letter head typed file copy, as a backup record. 9. Clean surfaces of spilled chemical additives and removed substances. 10. Instruct facility personnel regarding chemicals at the first visit, and upon the utilization of a new chemical.
