The services to be provided will include, but not be limited to: 1. Installation of services from the main to the house riser location ranging in size from ¾” to 2”. 2. Installation of gas main along and within developer owned streets ranging in size from 2” to 8”. 3. Installation of gas valves and valve boxes, tapping tees, 3-way tees, test boxes and other gas related fittings. 4. Ability to provide conventional boring capabilities for steel and plastic gas mains ranging in sizes from 2” to 8”. 5. Ability to provide horizontal directional drill (HDD) capabilities for steel and plastic gas mains ranging in sizes from 2” to 8”. 6. Installation of tracer wire and gas marking tape. 7. Assist in conducting preconstruction conferences and site meetings with builders and developers. 8. Provide contractor crew oversite. 9. Ability to interpret construction plans and technical specifications to properly install gas mains and services. 10. On-site observation of construction and preparing associated observation reports. 11. Providing reproducible plan drawings (as-builts) to the Springfield Gas System upon project completion. As-builts are to be provided as shapefiles or global databases. 12. Ability to work with developers and builders regarding time constraints and deadlines for customer installations
