This Task Group encompasses both implementation and strategic planning related to digital systems, GIS, data analysis, application development, and information architecture. Services may include support for ongoing technical work as well as high-level design, migration, training, and capacity-building efforts. The Contractor shall be prepared to provide services in the following topic areas, including all related activities and deliverables necessary to complete tasks in these areas: A. GIS and data analysis, modeling, and visualization. B. Web application, dashboard, and digital tool development. C. Database design, management, migration, and integration. D. Strategic planning for enterprise GIS, data governance, and digital platforms. E. Consultant-supported training and capacity-building on GIS, BI, or web systems.
