This Task Group includes services that support planning and regulatory functions across sectors with an emphasis on local and regional land use, infrastructure, environmental resilience, transportation, and intergovernmental policy coordination. Tasks may include research, program alignment, economic impact analysis, and strategic recommendations. The Contractor shall be prepared to provide services related to the above topics, including all associated activities and deliverables necessary to complete the following tasks in these areas: A. Policy and regulatory review and analysis at federal, state, regional, and local levels. B. Land use regulations at state and local levels. C. Economic and fiscal analysis. D. Comprehensive and strategic planning.
