The Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department is committed to enriching the lives of Inglewood’s residents, businesses, and visitors by offering a diverse range of recreational, social, and community-oriented programs and services. To support the delivery of high-quality public events, the City seeks to establish a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with one or more qualified contractors who have a proven track record of providing reliable, professional services on an as-needed, event-specific basis. The MSA will function as a streamlined contracting tool that outlines general terms, performance expectations, and pricing structures—allowing for efficient and timely deployment of services as events arise. Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQu), the City aims to identify and pre-qualify a pool of experienced, responsive, and technically capable contractors to provide comprehensive Stage, Sound, Lighting, and Equipment Rental Services. These services will support a wide range of Citysponsored events, which may include, but are not limited to: festivals, concerts, cultural celebrations, community meetings, press conferences, and ceremonial functions.
