Product/Service Requirements – The solution must meet the following minimum functional and technical criteria: 4.2.1.1. Cloud-Based Architecture • Must be hosted in a secure, scalable cloud environment. • Real-time data access for time entry, reporting, and analytics. • Solution must have redundancy between two different regions of the United States that are both SOC 2 compliant. 4.2.1.2. User Interface and Accessibility • Intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for frontline staff, managers, and administrators. • Role-based access control and customizable dashboards. 4.2.1.3. Compatibility & Integration • Seamless integration with UTMB’s existing Payroll, HR, and Finance systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Lawson, or other ERP systems). • Support for web, desktop client, mobile (iOS and Android), and physical timeclock device interfaces. 4.2.1.4. Reporting and Audit Capabilities • Built-in, customizable reporting functions for audits, labor analytics, compliance, and payroll reconciliation. • Cloud-based data access and export capabilities. 4.3. System and IT Interface Requirements 4.3.1. Solution must be fully compatible with UTMB's current IT infrastructure. 4.3.2. Solution must support Single Sign-On (SSO), Duo, multi-factor authentication, or VPN for Cloud access. 4.3.3. APIs or other interface protocols for smooth data exchange between the new system and existing systems.
