The required services to be provided are as-needed procedures such as oral surgery consults, radiographs, extractions, alveoli plasties, jaw fracture consult and treatment, and/or other oral maxillofacial surgical procedures to be utilized for residents to residents of Austin State Supported Living Center (AuSSLC). Contractor shall be located within 25 miles of Austin State Supported Living Center. There is no estimated number of patients to be seen as we book when needed. Services needed for procedures such as: a) oral surgery consults b) radiographs c) extractions d) alveoli plasties e) jaw fracture consult and treatment f) other oral maxillofacial surgical procedures to be utilized for residents. This service will be provided as needed by contractor under the direction of the center’s dentist. Contractor shall provide their services within the scope of contractor’s license and practice in accordance with generally accepted professional standards, and the centers dental care polices for parenteral sedation intervenous. Contractor shall perform a risk assessment of each individual, who may require the contractor’s services under this contract and provide the appropriate type of anesthesia for the dental procedure to be performed based on the identified risks. Contractors shall monitor the condition of the resident’s undergoing surgery prior to during and after surgery.
