PURPOSE: Midland County is in need of a vendor to completely remove all mold containing materials and particulates found to be in a storage building located at our Taylor-Henderson Yard. Work shall include, but not be limited to: preparation and mold and particulate removal. SPECIFICATIONS: Vendor will be responsible for providing all supplies, equipment and labor to completely remove mold and particulates, per the project objectives as listed below. A. Remove all mold containing material and particulates (including documents), as noted in the two attachments entitled ASSESSMENTS, from the storage building located at the Taylor-Henderson yard. This will be done per attachment entitled SPECIFICATION. B. Contractor shall ensure that no individual is exposed to mold and particulates in excess of levels set by law. C. Contractor shall ensure that no mold and particulates contamination occurs outside any containment erected by Contractor. D. Contractor shall ensure that all mold and particulates waste is disposed of in accordance to all applicable laws. E. Contractor shall document all activities pertaining to this project in accordance with all applicable laws.
