Section I 1. Perform customer pre-removal vibration testing and electrical recordings 2. Remove and Reinstall all covers and guards 3. Remove and Replace oil from and to motor (Contractor to furnish oil) 4. Perform all electrical and mechanical connections 5. Remove and Reinstall motor 6. Remove and Reinstall pump assembly (has to be disassembled at each section) 7. Check motor for rotation before coupled 8. Test run motor and collect vibration data uncoupled 9. Couple motor to pump. Set, lift, and align 10. Perform baseline vibration data with pump under full load at both motor speeds 11. Provide use of house crane for R&R of pump and motor 12. Provide use of onsite Genie lift 13. Coordinate two shop visits on inspection of disassembly
