Shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, parts and supplies for plumbing maintenance, repair or installation services at the locations; Shall perform any plumbing repair or installation that may be necessary and are not limited to the following; Domestic Water distribution (interior) including all plumbing fixtures and equipment; Lab water including all plumbing fixtures and equipment; Piping and valves associated with plumbing fixtures; Waste systems including sewage, storm water, and all associated traps and separators; Compressed air including piping and delivery of air; Medical gas systems including gas supply and vacuum systems; Chemical waste systems; Back flow prevention, repairs, testing and certification; Pure water system piping for Deionization/Reverse Osmosis (DI/RO) systems; and Water filtration installation and maintenance.
