1. The Contractor shall provide in-house resources or enter into all reasonably necessary service contracts with qualified vendors for the management, operation, maintenance and repair of the building and property. The Contactor shall have all in-house or subcontracted services in place prior to contract award and should disclose the associated information; in-house and subcontracted services, with bid submission. If any identified services are not listed/disclosed, the bidder shall provide this information to the Contract Officer within two (2) business days of request. 2. The Contractor shall provide overall building and property management services and oversight for day-to-day operations in an efficient and responsive manner as contained herein. 3. A start-up meeting will be scheduled on a date and time mutually agreed upon by the VDOT Contract Administrator and the Contractor within thirty (30) days of contract award.
