Courthouse Spec Sheet • Remove existing roof down to substrate • Install 2 layers of 2” poly ISO. Install tapered 4x4 (B) sheet 2”-1.5” at gutter. ISO installed with staggered seams • Install 60 mil PVC • Install crickets as needed to ensure no ponding water • Install walk pads at all HVAC units and roof hatch • Flash walls under granite cap with termination bar, water block added as back sealing and 24-gauge cover metal over termination. No exposed coping • Flash all pipe penetrations and curbs • Install pvc factory coated drip edge at gutter • All roofing material to be fully adhered and provide Cherokee County a manufacturer 20- year NDL warranty • Add 1-5x6 downspout to existing gutter system. Match existing color • The contractor will be responsible for any equipment needed for this bid (including lifts as there is not contractor roof access through the inside of the building) • All equipment and debris relating to this project will be removed from the site • The contractor will be responsible for any damage done to the building related to the replacing of the roof. • The elevator shaft has recently been reroofed and therefore does not need to be included in the scope of work for this bid. • All work will need to be scheduled in advance with the Clerk Of Court, Brandy McBee and the Director Of Maintenance, James Pruitt • Work MUST be completed during the time period of 09/20/25-10/04/25 due to court scheduling. If for some reason court schedules change, these dates may need to be altered.
