Contract Scope. Pursuant to this Contract, Contractor is authorized to sell and provide only those Goods and/or Services set forth in Exhibit A – Included Goods/Services for the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Goods/Services. Goods. For purposes of this Contract, “Goods” means all equipment, materials, supplies, ancillary parts, accessories, components and other items purchased by Enterprise Services pursuant to this Contract and, as applicable, as identified in a Purchase Order. Services. For purposes of this Contract, “Services” means all services of any nature ordered by Enterprise Services pursuant to this Contract and, as applicable, as identified in a Purchase Order. Specifications. Where applicable, specifications for Goods and/or Services are detailed in this Contract and, as applicable, a Purchase Order. Unless otherwise specified in a Purchase Order, all Goods and/or Services provided shall be new and unused of the latest model or design.
