Fireworks Display. The Display will be fired from the designated area as determined by the University and shall be fired either electronically or manually as long as both processes meet all regulatory requirements. In addition, the University may, in its discretion, allow the inclusion of laser technology in the Display program. The Display shall include both a distinct opening and a distinct closing portion. Shells used in the Display shall be approved as to size by the University/ Bozeman Fire Department. Shells do not need to be preloaded. Offeror may propose fireworks that vary from the size specified. However, it is the sole responsibility of the Offeror to propose a display that is site appropriate and is in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Football - Each game shall include: • 6 pillars set up to create a tunnel for the team runout onto the field. • The pillars will shoot remote controlled flames skyward, and intermittently during the team runout. • This procedure will last about 20-30 seconds, after which the vendor will remove the pillars from the playing field. • One of the seven games shall also include additional pyrotechnics for the national anthem: o Two 6-foot fireboxes to be ignited 8 times each (simultaneously)
