STAGE CONSTRUCTION AND SPECIFICATIONS Physical Stage Requirements • Minimum stage dimensions 20 feet by 15 performance area • Stage height elevation of 4 to 5 feet above ground level • Professional-grade staging materials suitable for outdoor festival conditions • Weather-resistant construction appropriate for October climate conditions. Stage Positioning and Orientation The stage shall be positioned with its back facing the entrance of Bank of NH, oriented outward toward the parking lot area to maximize audience viewing capacity and accommodate festival foot traffic patterns. Access and Safety Features • Installation of either a ramp or stair system for performer and crew access to stage level • All access structures must comply with the applicable safety codes and accessibility requirements. • Secure railings and safety barriers where appropriate • Non-slip surfaces on all performer’s areas. STRUCTURAL SUPPORT AND RIGGING SYSTEMS Truss system Installation A 10-foot overhead truss system must be installed above the stage performance area to serve multiple functional purposes including lighting mounting points, speaker suspension capabilities, and banner attachment framework. Banner Mounting Infrastructure The truss and stage structure shall accommodate banner installation in the following locations: • Both left and right sides of the stage area • Rear backdrop position behind the performance area • Overhead positioning above the stage • All banner mounting points must be secure and weather resistant.
