The Gadsden Independent School District (GISD) requires district-wide high-speed broadband services to support instructional technology, online learning, administrative operations, and community outreach. This contract provides: • Ongoing provision of high-speed wireless broadband services across all GISD campuses and communities. • Service levels that meet or exceed FCC guidelines for broadband speed and reliability. • Maintenance, technical support, and upgrades as necessary to ensure uninterrupted connectivity for all students and staff. Chaparral Holdings Corporation will ensure continued access to equitable, high-quality broadband services critical for instruction and communication across all district locations.
