The project generally consists of the resurfacing and reconstruction of Wheatsheaf Road from W. Sixth Avenue to Aldene Road, Holly Drive from W. Seventh Avenue to Pine Street, Martin Street from Wheatsheaf Road to W. Sixth Avenue, Grace Street and West Fifth Avenue from near the bridge to Wheatsheaf Road. Including but not limited to Hot Mix Asphalt milling and/or pavement repairs, installation of Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64 Surface Course and Hot Mix Asphalt 19M64 Base Course, ADA accessible ramp improvements, sanitary sewer improvements on Wheatsheaf Road and Holly Drive, striping and signage, and related work within the Borough of Roselle, and all other associated work as contained in the Contract Documents or as ordered by the Engineer.
