The services to the Owner may include multi-phased or multiple bid packages and have complicated scheduling and coordination issues and the CMAR method is best suited for this project. The CMAR will assist the Owner and Architect to determine the best process for the project, to include scheduling and bid packaging opportunities. Evaluate and assess the project program, schedule, and construction budget established by Owner and Architect. Engage actively with Owner, Architect and other design professionals in a manner that encourages and supports collaboration, cooperation, open communication, and trust. Attend and participate in regular planning and design meetings to advise Owner of compatibility of the project’s program, costs, and schedule. Actively participate in the design team meetings as required to facilitate and advance the design process. The CmaR should anticipate approximately fifteen (15) meetings throughout the design process.
