Clean lobby areas and entrance floors. Clean all glass directories. Clean locker rooms; including dust top of lockers and clean under lockers. Clean and sanitize rest rooms. Pay extra attention to shower doors for extra mineral build-up. Clean all sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, counters, doors, floors and fixtures. Stock all paper products daily. Paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, seat covers, hand soap, as well as any female hygiene products. Clean and sanitize all tables in lunchroom and dust top of all vending machines. All floors will be swept and mopped. Exercise rooms require daily air freshening treatment and daily sanitizing of equipment. >>> Weekly Maintenance Schedule >>> Thoroughly clean and sanitize appliances, microwave ovens (inside and outside), outside of refrigerators (inside on request) Clean windowsills, ledges, and other surfaces. Detail vacuum carpeted areas with special attention to corners, edges, and under furniture and remove any food or gum embedded in the carpet.
