A. Technical Specifications 1. All traffic signal poles and mast arms shall conform to the design standard as outlined VDOT 2020 Road and Bridge Specification Section 700. 2. Sign structure specification shall be in accordance with VDOT statewide Section 700 Special Provision SP700-000180-03, dated September 29, 2020. B. General Requirements 1. The Successful Bidder shall submit drawings of all signal items (including poles, foundations, hardware, etc.) for review and approval prior to the fabrication of the poles. C. Delivery Requirements 1. The Successful Bidder shall deliver all traffic signal poles and mast arms to Public Works Traffic Equipment Yard at 10431 Woodman Road. 2. The Successful Bidder shall coordinate with Public Works three (3) days prior to delivery. 3. The Successful Bidder shall deliver all traffic signal poles and mast arms within 150 days after approval of drawings.
