Experience & Compatibility • The vendor must have prior project experience working with NYS RPS Version 4 systems. • The vendor must demonstrate readiness and capability to perform data conversions related to NYS RPS Online when implemented. Data Integration & Display • Extract data from the County’s RPS V4 database and municipal datasets. • Display assessment, sales, and parcel data in a user-friendly, searchable, public web interface. • Enable real-time report generation without programming delays. Import & Merge Capabilities • Include an RPS V4 data import utility capable of merging multiple datasets from municipalities operating RPS independently. • Support current and future RPS platforms. Image Dataset Management • Support the import, merge, and management of RPS V4-compliant image datasets including: o Photos o Documents o Tax maps o Deed and sales history cards o Survey maps • Accept PDF, JPEG, and TIFF formats at minimum.
