The South Hadley Conservation Commission is issuing a Request for Quotes from qualified consultantsfor peer review of whether the boundaries of resource areas are accurately delineated assubmitted in a Request for Determination under the Wetlands Protection Act and South Hadley Wetland Bylaw. Review the materials submitted for compliance with performance standards as required by the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act M.G.L. c 131, sec 40 and associated Regulations 310 CMR 10.00 and Local Wetland Bylaw (Chapter 240) and associated Regulations. The review shall include the methodology used by R Levesque Associates, Inc to delineate the line, and their field logs and data forms. Attend one (1) Conservation Commission meeting to present the peer review process and findings. • Attend one (1)site visit with the Conservation Commission, priorto the Commission meeting at which the peer review process and findings will be presented, to review the delineation in the field with Commissioners.
