1. Advertising Sales Strategy: ● Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract advertisers interested in purchasing advertising space on ABI’s 12 digital advertising screens. ● Identify and target potential advertisers, including local, regional, and national businesses/brands, and create tailored sales proposals that align with their marketing objectives and the Airport’s Advertising Policy (Exhibit A). ● Advise Airport Staff on pricing, advertising trends and methods to maximize value to our advertisers and passengers and revenue to the airport. 2. Revenue Generation: ● Drive revenue through the sale of advertising space on ABI’s digital screens, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. ● Implement sales tactics to maximize occupancy and generate a strong return on investment (ROI) for advertising placements. 3. Account Management: ● Act as a liaison between ABI and advertisers, managing inquiries, providing information, and facilitating smooth transactions, including the advertising contract signatures. ● Ensure clear communication with clients regarding contract terms, advertising content requirements, compliance with the City’s Advertising Policy, and placement guidelines. ● Handle billing and payment collections to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. ● Airport Staff maintains some advertising accounts as in-kind trade. These must be accommodated in advertising scheduling. 4. Creative Collaboration: ● Collaborate with local businesses, agencies, and creatives to assist advertisers in designing engaging ad content that aligns with ABI’s branding and enhances passenger visibility. 5. Reporting & Analytics: ● Track and report on advertising activity monthly, monitor performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to airport staff. 6. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: ● Conduct market research to understand passenger demographics and behaviors, ensuring ad opportunities align with passenger interests. ● Stay informed about competitor advertising strategies to ensure ABI remains competitive in the local advertising landscape. 7. Compliance & Guidelines: ● Ensure all advertising proposals and contracts comply with the Airport Advertising Policy (Exhibit A), and advertising and industry standards and best practices.
