The work under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary for mechanical repair, maintenance and capital improvement to Public Works pumping stations, treatment plants, water tanks, gate houses and other facilities including all associated piping, valves, pumps, motors, chlorinating equipment, electrical control panels, SCADA systems, security/intrusion alarm systems, water filters, air scour systems and all related appurtenances at various locations. Other related work such as daily, weekly or monthly inspections and normal maintenance of pumping facilities including treatment facilities, in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance Program may be required by the Director of Water and Sewer Operations.
