1. Emergency, Electrical, Power-Generation-System-Equipment-Package Specifications-SCOPE OF WORK: 2.a. Remove from the project site the existing, emergency, electrical, powergeneration-system equipment (i.e., the existing, emergency, electrical, enginegeneratorset [and all existing appurtenances]; the existing, automatic, transferswitch {ATS}; the existing ,remote, annunciator panel; etc.), which will all bedisconnected by the project electrical subcontractor) . b. Furnish and set in place (to be connected by the project electrical subcontractor)all equipment which is required for a new, replacing, complete, emergency,electrical, power-generation system (which is referenced herein as the "system"). The system shall be complete in every respect and shall include the emergencyengine-generator set (which is referenced herein and on the drawings as the"genset"); the lockable, 200 MPH wind-rated, Level-3 sound-attenuating,weatherproof housing (enclosure), with integral, code-conforming, BLUE-STAR standard,LED, AC/DC emergency lighting, with the associated, light-control,timer switch; the UL-142-compliant, sub-base, diesel-fuel, storage tank (with allrequired leak alarms and all other required appurtenances, etc., and withprovisions at the front and the rear of the tank for accommodating a diesel-fuelpolishing(fuel-maintenance) system; the diesel fuel pump; the AXI Model ST7303-4X-Stainless-Steel, diesel-fuel-polishing (fuel-maintenance) system; thecritical silencer and the required flexible connector, which is located within thegenset enclosure; the batteries and battery rack which are located within thegenset enclosure; the weatherproof, remote, "emergency off", pushbuttonstation, inside of a lockable, secure, vandal-proof enclosure; the BASSLERModel 2020HD controller; the required diesel-fuel carburetion; all required dieselfuellines, and all required flexible connectors; all required venting and ventingapparatuses; all required controls and instruments; all required vibrationisolators; the water-jacket (or engine-block) heater; all required enginelubricating oil, engine coolant, coolant filters, air filters and diesel-fuel filters; theBASSLER, remote, annunciator panel; the ASCO, service-entrance-rated,automatic transfer switch (which is referenced herein as the "SE-ATS"); and allother required appurtenances.
