The Contractor is responsible for all labor, specialized equipment, tools, materials, parts, supplies, transportation, supervision, any other miscellaneous items and services necessary to install a prefabricated 10’ x 10’ x 10’ wooden barn style shed: Size: 10ft wide by 10ft deep (100 sq.ft.). Material: pressure treated wood; treated for rot, mold, and termites. Style: barn style shed. Floor: concrete slab. Roof: barn-style roof; 50-year GAF asphalt shingles. Walls: fiberglass insulation, PVC wall paneling. Siding: vinyl siding, beige color; corner trim to match with siding color or white. Windows: no windows. Door: solid fiberglass front entry double doors with extra-wide opening; including all door hardware; rust-resistant locking handle. Loft: no loft. Ramp: 6’ wide pressure treated wooden ramp, treated with clear waterproofing exterior sealer. The Contractor shall assemble the shed according to manufacturer specifications and recommendations. The Contractor shall secure the shed to the concrete pad using appropriate durable anchors.
