The Metro Police Department (MNPD) utilizes an on-premises digital management system (Adams) to securely collect, process and store digital image evidence. Adams software is developed and distributed by Foray Technologies. This essential system has complex integrations and includes over one hundred concurrent licenses for various software components that include but not limited to the following: Adams Web Server, AFIS Connect Server, WAN Connect Server, and Mobile Capture Server. As a key service utilized for investigative and forensic analysis services, it is essential that the system be well maintained and properly supported. MNPD seeks requests for proposals from qualified firms to provide maintenance and product support services for its existing digital management system (Adams) of investigative and forensic analysis of evidence
