A. The intent of this Agreement is for the Contractor to: a. Provide proper preventative gate maintenance in order to avoid any avoidable malfunctions on a quarterly basis. b. Inspect gates motor parts, torque belts, (belts and pulleys internally and externally) visually inspect the gears, chain, chassis and circuit board. B. The Contractor will be expected to provide any or all of the following during the term of this Agreement: Inspections pertaining to repair work; Consultation/planning on best method to achieve intended result; Completion of repair work orders as provided by the EDD Representative; The Contractor will provide consultation on any gate repairs that are identified and will complete the repairs to the gate as part of this maintenance agreement. Identify and report to the EDD Representative any safety hazards or other conditions encountered during the course of the work at the EDD office that is determined to need repair or replacement, and The Contractor shall comply with all state, EDD and local office policies and procedures while on the premises.
