Bidders are required to propose a complete, packaged domestic water booster pump system designed to meet the following performance criteria and functional requirements: 1. System Type: Fully intergraded, factory assembled booster pump skid system. 2. Number of Pumps: Three (3) main pumps 3. Main Pump Capacity: Each main pump shall be individually capable of delivering 400 GPM at 162’ Total Dynamic Head. *Note: The system design should ensure that one (1) main pump alone is capable of handling the peak domestic water demand of both 9-story and 10-story buildings, with the other two main pumps serving as standby for redundancy. 4. Motor Specifications • Power Supply: 3-Phase, 480 VAC, 60Hz • Control: Each main pump shall be driven by a variable frequency drive (VFD). The VFDs must be intergraded into the control system to provide precise pressure regulation and energy efficiency by modulating pumps speed based on real time demand. 5. Pressure Regulation: The System shall maintain a stable and consistent discharge pressure within a tight tolerance (e.g. +/-5 PSI) at the basement level. Given the building height and flush valve requirements, the system must reliably deliver at least 30 PSI to the highest fixtures on the nineth floor during peak demand without exceeding 100 PSI(or as per local code/fixture ratings, bidder to confirm) in the basement at any time. *Note: The new system must effectively eliminate the current wide pressure fluctuations (70-95 PSI range) and dangerous over-pressurization spikes (e.g. 110 PSI, or 140 PSI previously)...
