A. The Hydrofluosilicic Acid shall be a 23% - 25% solution. B. The Hydrofluosilicic Acid shall have a minimum specific gravity of 1.2. Shipments with a specific gravity of less than 1.2 will be subject to rejection. C. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER shall provide a certified analysis with each shipment, or shipment shall be subject to rejection. D. BIDDERs must submit the Safety Data Sheet and technical data sheets for product offered with their bid. E. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER shall warrant that, if awarded the contract, the product quality of all deliveries made under this contract meet or exceed the standards specified, within the tolerance for error in determination per AWWA Specifications. F. The product offered must be National Sanitation Foundation (NSF60) and ANSI certified. G. BIDDER must provide proof of certification with their bid. H. All chemicals must meet American Water Works Association (AWWA) Standard B-703-11 or most current version.
