The City is soliciting qualifications from a third-party contractor with expertise in organic Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs and municipal operations to support the development, implementation, and initial maintenance of a citywide IPM Program. The selected contractor will be responsible for fulfilling the initial functions of an IPM Coordinator, while also assisting City staff in evaluating the long-term staffing needs for this role. Specifically, the contractor will: • Assess the level of hours and areas of expertise required for ongoing program administration; • Inform the development of a new job description or determine whether the IPM Coordinator functions can be incorporated into an existing job class;
