• Have expertise engaging with individuals to: o Assess levels of risks and needs; o Deliver crisis-de-escalation services; and o Facilitate and coordinate connections to additional support based on needs and preferences of the individual in crisis. • Demonstrate: o Familiarity with the crisis system in New Hampshire. o The ability to leverage existing crisis system relationships through integration and coordination with established state-wide access points, defined below; and o Recovery coaching and/or peer support expertise. • Have the capacity to: o Respond to approximately 11,000 calls, annually, through a designated phone line with the ability to receive calls transferred from 211 NH; and o Ensure services are fully operational beginning September 30, 2025, or upon Governor & Executive Council approval, whichever is later.
