At a minimum, the Offeror’s system and or support team must be able to provide: A. Ticketing (1) Provide online ticketing services and payment processing via a hyperlink from www.virginiabeachconventioncenter.com (2) Provide multiple web pages to facilitate ticket transactions in a private label web environment. Ability to insert client provided artwork, logos and links. (3) Allow for at-home ticket printing for customers. (4) Allow for at-home ticket redemption via mobile hand-held ticket scanning/scanners at venue (5) Ability to print images or logos on tickets. (6) Allow for mobile phone and social media integration. (7) Allow the VBCC to facilitate ticket sales for single, group, season, and subscription for walk up customers. (8) Allow the VBCC to enter into agreements with selected promoters for special engagement events, for promoter to conduct their sales. (9) Provide the ability to sell multiple price points for the same event. (10) Provide a secure shopping cart that can provide the customers the ability to purchase multiple events in one single sales transaction...
