Contractor shall provide routine parking lot sweeping on all areas of asphalt located at 7361 Otay Mesa Road in the City of San Diego. Contractor shall provide the services described herein to accomplish the following: 3.1. The contractor shall sweep every other Monday. 3.2. The contractor should sweep the entire facility, 440 feet by 330 feet asphalt skills pad and about 13,000 feet of asphalt 28 feet wide. 3.3. The parking lot sweeper must be equipped with nylon brushes capable of extracting and collecting all loose debris from the surface of the asphalt. 3.4. The contractor will check-in at the EVOC office every other Monday (except county recognized holidays) between the hours of 0630-0655 hours. EVOC staff will dictate which area of the EVOC facility the contractor will begin and end. 3.5. The contractor will commence at 0700 hours and will have 1.5 hours to complete the sweeping off all asphalt areas. 3.6. The contractor is responsible for moving any cones on the asphalt that will impede their movement. 3.7. The contractor will check out at the EVOC office. If the contractor finishes
