a. Administration and Operations i. Resident relations including general communication, resident satisfaction, conflict resolution, coordinating periodic resident events, implementing policies and procedures, lease enforcement, and maintaining a channel of communications for emergency issues outside of normal office hours ii. Leasing and lease management including communication with households on the waitlist, fielding inquiries from people interested in leasing a unit, ensuring minimal vacancy periods between unit tenancies, and screening new tenants to ensure they meet occupancy requirements (age and income) iii. Maintain resident records and data iv. Collection of rent and other receivables to be paid directly to the City v. Procurement of office and operations supplies in accordance with the City’s purchasing guidelines vi. Provide general oversite of most vendor services including soliciting quotes and proposals vii.
