The Target Zero Team in FDOT District Two has developed a relationship with the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp AAA minor League baseball team (Jumbo Shrimp) and organization (a private, single source entity). The Jumbo Shrimp share the centric tenet of our Compass - Communities. The Jumbo Shrimp attracted nearly 350,000 fans at their home games last year. We have a golden opportunity to partner with this organization to promote Safety and Target Zero through various outreach sponsorships ranging from the Designated Driver booth to video board displays to promotional announcement including a portion of our tagline every time the Jumbo Shrimp score a run for FDOTs Target Zero and the Jumbo Shrimp "get home safely." The Jumbo Shrimp are solely responsible for the promotions and displays inside the 121 Financial Ballpark, therefore they are the entity we must partner with.
