The project includes but is not limited to the replacement of three chillers and their related water pumps within the chiller plant. The chiller work also requires rerouting of piping within the chiller plant, replacement and relocation of the chilled water expansion tank, and installation of a new refrigerant leak detection system. All work will be phased in sequence to allow continuous operation of the facility, in conjunction with the furnish, installation & maintenance of an interim chiller and generator on site. To connect the interim equipment with the building mechanical and electrical systems, temporary connections and supports will be installed at the exterior of the building extending to the identified points of connection on the mechanical and electrical drawings within the building.
